In this role, you'll work closely with a dynamic team in Canggu, Bali, leveraging industry-leading tools like SAP Logistics and WMS (Warehouse Management System). Your daily tasks will include forklift inspections, safety audits, and hands-on training sessions, all while contributing to our mission of revolutionizing logistics through innovation and skill development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain forklifts according to safety standards and operational protocols.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks on forklifts and related equipment.
• Train and mentor new and existing operators on forklift safety, operation, and maintenance.
• Monitor and report on forklift performance, safety incidents, and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forklift efficiency and safety.
• Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs for logistics personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Forklift Operator (TESDA NC II) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in forklift operation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and logistics management.
• Proficient in using SAP Logistics and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
