📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with local suppliers to negotiate and secure contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by monitoring and coordinating with suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier databases using ERP systems like SAP.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to the procurement team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
