As a Front Office Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay begins and ends seamlessly. You'll use our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS) to handle bookings, manage housekeeping requests, and coordinate with our team of concierges to provide personalized services. This role isn't just about checking guests in and out—it's about anticipating needs, solving problems, and making every guest feel like a valued member of our community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using our PMS system
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Process payments and manage guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Assist with special requests and event planning when needed
- Promote our hotel's amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations or similar hospitality roles
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali
