In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing exploration strategies, managing exploration projects from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards. You will work closely with our technical and operational teams to optimize exploration activities, reduce costs, and maximize the value of our mineral resources.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive exploration strategies to identify and evaluate potential mineral deposits.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of exploration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead a team of geologists, engineers, and other professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to assess the viability of identified mineral deposits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners, to build strong relationships and foster a positive reputation.
• Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.
• Report to the Board of Directors and senior management on the progress and performance of exploration activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in mineral exploration.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing exploration projects, from inception to completion.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of geology, geophysics, and mining engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective exploration strategies, and to conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Knowledge of mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols in Indonesia.
