📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality construction projects.
• Leverage Procore and AutoCAD for project management and design.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project teams to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in using Procore and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
