ISO Management Representative (QMS Manager) - Hospitality & Tourism Sector

In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant international standards. As part of a dynamic team, you will drive continuous improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of excellence in our operations.

With a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record in implementing and maintaining QMS, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality management processes. This includes conducting audits, developing and implementing quality improvement plans, and ensuring that our team is well-trained and certified. You will work closely with department heads to embed quality standards into daily operations, leveraging tools like QMS Software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
• Ensure all staff are trained and certified in quality management systems.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality management.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate quality standards into daily operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the quality management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with QMS Software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
