As an Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor at PT Mitra Mulia Makmur, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP PM.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
Train and mentor junior maintenance personnel to ensure high standards of work.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the maintenance department.
Certification in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) is a plus.
Proficient in using SAP PM for maintenance planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
