📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinating with various departments to support operational activities.
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of farm records and documentation.
• Supporting the Group Leader in planning and executing farm activities.
• Assisting in the implementation of health and safety protocols.
• Providing administrative support to the Group Leader and team members.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Ensuring the smooth functioning of the farm and supporting the team in achieving operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the aquaculture or farming industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to aquaculture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with shrimp farming practices and equipment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
