📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage administrative tasks, including customer inquiries, project timelines, and order processing.
• Create visually appealing layouts for photo albums using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality photo albums.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new layout templates and design standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a creative or printing industry.
