As a Finance & Accounting Staff, you'll be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
- Support the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Assist with the preparation of audit documentation and support audit processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia).
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
