📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage call queues and prioritize customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Utilize CRM systems and call tracking software to log and track customer interactions.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information to meet customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of service.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or voice account environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and call tracking software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations within Bali.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus.
• Certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
