📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and incident reports.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.,Manage the site's workforce, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the project manager to ensure the site meets project milestones and deadlines.,Handle site documentation, including permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.,Monitor site expenses and prepare regular reports for the project manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Proven track record of managing construction sites and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.,Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.,Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction equipment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
