📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for NPI and mass production phases.
  • Conduct thorough testing and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and document quality issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior QA engineers and other team members on quality assurance best practices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality of materials and components.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or IATF 16949.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software, such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.
  • Experience in NPI and mass production quality assurance processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
