As a Senior Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the store's financial records are up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
