📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong knowledge of coffee and related products, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems, and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
