Assist customers with product selection and information,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Stock and organize merchandise as needed,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Promote products and services to increase sales,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic computer skills and proficiency in English
