📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
