📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Monitor and maintain patient records and medical charts.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
