📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of telesales agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Set and monitor sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop telesales agents, providing ongoing coaching and support.,Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a related role.,Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
