Mandiri Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales.,Conduct regular training sessions for the team to improve skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or retail industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration, or related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
