📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company hires the best talent.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.,Experience in leading and mentoring junior HR staff.
