Warung Dian Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the overall success of the business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and implementing feedback to improve service.,Manage the café's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the café's high standards of service.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the café receives high-quality products at competitive prices.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a café or similar establishment.,Strong understanding of café operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Ability to make strategic decisions and think critically in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software used in the café industry.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
