📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of backend developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.,Ensure the performance, quality, and reliability of our backend systems.,Implement security best practices to protect our systems and data.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.,Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Java, Python, or Node.js.,Experience leading a team of developers or managing backend projects.,Strong understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.,Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.,Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.,Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
