📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to clinic staff and patients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including computers, servers, and networking equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT systems, ensuring uptime and data integrity.,Assist in the implementation and management of digital health applications and systems.,Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and applications.,Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.,Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with digital health applications and systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is required; local language proficiency is a plus.
