📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all dealings with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales, marketing, or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
