As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Conduct regular branch audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
