📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and handouts.,Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training delivery.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness and participant feedback.,Support the implementation of training schedules and ensure timely completion of training activities.,Assist in the management of training budgets and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Training Department, including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.,Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices is a plus.
