📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
