📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present regular reports on outlet performance to the management.,Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
