📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events,Represent the company at client meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
