📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on cultural awareness, teamwork, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging among employees through team-building activities and social events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people and culture management.
  • Report on key metrics and KPIs related to employee engagement and culture.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in People and Culture, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people and culture strategies.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
