• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve client retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in key account management.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior key account managers and sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving client satisfaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
