🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of mental health care practices and regulations.,Proven experience in managing clinical teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using clinical management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
