📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual, group, and crisis counselling to students to address their emotional, mental, and social needs.,Develop and implement counseling programs and initiatives to promote student well-being and resilience.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.,Conduct assessments, interventions, and follow-ups to address student behavioural and emotional issues.,Promote mental health and well-being awareness among students, teachers, and parents through workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student counselling sessions and progress.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counseling and mental health support.,Participate in school events and activities to build relationships with students and foster a sense of community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related field.,Valid counseling license or certification is a plus.,Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.,Familiarity with international school systems and practices is a plus.,Passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
