📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient medical records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Promote a safe and clean environment in the healthcare facility.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
