PT Bukit Astrid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and training.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.SAPOracleQuickBooks).Financial analysis and reporting skills.Team management and leadership skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian tax laws.
