Sentral Citra Fruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home part of the week while maintaining a strong connection with our team in Balikpapan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs through employee feedback, performance evaluations, and industry trends.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.,Measure the effectiveness of training programs and use data to continuously improve them.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into their business strategies.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure its effective utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
