📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Barista in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Learn and understand the coffee brewing process.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
