📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Area Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Oversee and coordinate the work of the team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Prepare and present regular reports to the Area Manager.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with retail or business operations is a plus.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
