📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee the processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including analysis of financial data to inform business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
